The Environmental Entertainer provides excellent customer service to guests Roadhouse and prospective Roadhouse guests by welcoming them at the Riverside Bar. Provide a great experience for every guest every time through positive, courteous interactions.

Job Description:
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
Drive customer traffic and trial of amenities including, mechanical bull, beer pong, and billiards. Drive revenue for amenities including, food, beverage, and trinket sales. Demonstration of amenities to drive traffic and trial including riding mechanical bull. Ensures safety and compliance by customers for all amenities. Entertain guests and enhance guest interactions. Ability to interact with a variety of people. Acknowledge, greet and converse in English with guests. Dress in costume and/or performs as a character when needed. Answer guest questions and direct their requests to the appropriate individuals. Must be flexible with times and be available for high traffic periods (weekends, holidays, etc.)

Consistently demonstrates superior customer service skills by displaying Spotlight Behaviors. Maintains upbeat, positive attitude, positive energy, and enthusiasm from one interaction to the next. Creates an atmosphere of luck and celebrates customer wins. Is ready to serve and informed of daily information; builds relationships by greeting guests with a warm, friendly verbal greeting. Anticipates needs and provides fast, flawless service. Checks for satisfaction and properly uses the Service Recovery process to resolve problems when they exist. Promotes Total Rewards programs and card membership. Provides a warm farewell and thanks guests for visiting.

Qualifications:
PHYSICAL, MENTAL AND ENVIRONMENTAL DEMANDS:

* Must be able to maneuver to all areas of the hotel and casino.
* Dress in costume and/or performs as a character when needed. * Must be able to stand and walk for up to eight (8) hours.
* Must be able to work at a fast pace in an often crowded environment.
* Must be able to properly wear company issued and sized uniform. (Cut –off short and midriff top.)
* Must be able to tolerate second-hand smoke, noise and bright lights.
* Must be able to lift up to 10 pounds
* Must be able to bend, reach, kneel, twist and grip items while working at assigned desk area.
* Must be able to work at a fast pace and in stressful situations.
* Must be able to read, write, speak and understand Basic English.
* Must be able to respond to visual and aural cues.
* Must be able to meet the attendance guidelines of the job and adhere to departmental and company policy.
