Job Description:
Job Summary:
Responsible for learning all aspects of dealing blackjack. Deals, greets and solicits new casino customers while providing friendly, excellent service to every guest.

Essential Job Functions:
* Learns all aspects of blackjack game.
* Acknowledges, greets and converses in English with customers who approach the Table Games area.
* Deals assigned games by delivering cards or assigned games pieces, determining winners and losers, collecting and paying bets.
* Protects the integrity of games through observation and follows appropriate procedures.
* Reads, verifies and signs appropriate documents when necessary.
* Greets customers and solicits responses.
* Tracks multiple players level and duration of play.
* Meets the attendance guidelines of the job and adheres to regulatory, departmental and company policies.

Qualifications:
Qualifications:
One to two years experience in a position where the primary job duty is direct customers service preferred. Must possess an outgoing personality and attitude to help create a fun, enthusiastic environment for guests. Must be able to wear the prescribed uniform comfortably and be able to function in a loud, bright, flashy, flamboyant setting. Must be able to initiate and engage in conversation in a professional and friendly manner. Must be 21 years of age. Must possess excellent customer relations and communication skills. Must be able read, write, clearly speak and understand English.

Physical, Mental and Environmental Demands:
Must be able sit for long periods of time. Must be able to maneuver to work inside and continuously maneuver in and around assigned table in the Pit department during entire shift, with regular interval breaks. Must be able to respond calmly and handle many customer demands in a fast pace environment. Responds to visual and aural cues. Must be able to memorize game rules and procedures. Must be able to quickly and accurately perform mathematical computations when determining winners and losers and collecting and paying out bets. Must possess good manual dexterity for quick and accurate handling of chips, cards and money. Must be able to accurately balance chip bank at the beginning and end of shift. Must have excellent vision (including peripheral) to protect the games. Must be able to read, verify and sign appropriate documents relating to the game in a small area. Must be able to tolerate areas containing second hand smoke, high noise levels, bright lights and dust.
