Job Description:
* Offer the highest level of personalized service while maintaining a positive, enthusiastic, helpful and professional attitude with all guests and team members
* Properly care for equipment and product used through out the salon facility.
* Understands the importance of punctuality for salon appointments
* Communicate and describe in an articulate manner the salon offerings and their benefits
* Handle guest questions and concerns with professionalism and courtesy
* Respond to guest requests immediately, accurately, and appropriately
* Understand that as a representative of the Salon they will maintain a healthy, fit appearance and a positive attitude
* Maintain salon appearance and cleanliness
* Assist in all areas of the salon operation as directed by management
* Cooperative and friendly attitude
* Ability to be efficient in a fast paced environment
* Participate in scheduled meetings as requested
* Due to the nature of the hospitality industry, team members may be required to work varying schedules, weekend, and holidays to reflect the needs of the facility
* Must be proficient in the Cantonese language and English language or Mandarin language and English language
* Must have State Massage license
* Must have Massage National Certification
* Must have a Valid Health Card
* Previous customer service required
* Comfortable with in-room and poolside massage
* Must be able to lift 20lbs occasionally
