Job Description:
Essential Job Functions:
* Clean trash urns and ash trays
* Vacuum carpeted areas
* Sweep and mop title, brick and concrete areas
* Polish furniture and bright areas
* Use extractor equipment, floor scrubber, shampoo machine, polishing machine, and special vacuum cleaners and scrubbers.
* Adhere to regulatory, departmental, and company policies in an ethical manner
* Outstanding example of and a credit to Harrah’s.
* Seeks coaching to improve performance
* Acknowledges and responds to customers immediately
* Explains and encourages gold card participation
* Knows current promo programs and events
* Provides fast, friendly service

Qualifications:
* Physically fit
* Previous knowledge of floor machines and cleaning equipment
* General knowledge of chemicals, shampoos, strippers, and waxes
* Professional appearance
