Job Description:
Manages daily activities of Total Rewards and Bus Operations area. Assists with analyzing customer service systems, and developing and modifying systems to enhance customer usage. Coordinates effective communication of promotional programs to the property operators. Evaluates all comp decisions to ensure that they are within preestablished guidelines. Ensures a smooth bus arrival/departure during Bus Operations. Assists with the interviewing, hiring and training of all staff. Evaluates the discrepancies in coupon reconciliation and provides explanations accordingly. This position’s responsibilities include the acceptance, inventory, assignment for distribution or reconciliation of coupons which are ultimately considered in the calculation of gross revenue. Examples of such coupons are Match Play, Chip, Keno and coupons accepted by bill validators. Monitors performance and effectiveness of Bus and Total Rewards staff to ensure customer service goals are met. Ensures maximum guest satisfaction at all times. Completes special projects as directed.

Qualifications:
BA in related field. Strong skills in analysis, planning and development, communication, customer service, and leadership are required. Minimum two (2) years casino experience with a background in player rating, player complimentary issuance, casino systems utilization and customer service. Must be able to obtain a NJ Casino Employee License.
