Job Description:
Dealer: Acknowledging, greeting and conversing in English with customers who approach the Pit area; dealing all required games; assisting Supervisor in seating customers and making table fills; answering telephone and maintains table bank accurately; filling out appropriate required paperwork; meeting the attendance guidelines of the job and adhering to regulatory, departmental and company policies. Supervisor: Handling the operations of two to eight table games on an assigned shift; displaying a working knowledge of all table games, house rules, counting methods and procedures covering each; assuring that all coin and check racks are filled at all times; settling disputes that arise from guests in the Table Games area, referring those that are very difficult to the Casino Manager - Table Games or Director Table Games; assuring guest development by 1) interacting with guests, 2) modeling interactive skills with guests and fellow employees and 3) making comp decisions; remaining alert to any unusual or questionable activities being displayed by any Table Games employee or gaming guest and reports any situations to assigned superior; observing problems or differences between Table Games employees and gaming guests and provides assistance if necessary; recommending changes in department including hiring, promotion, demotion and termination; recommends wage and salary changes for personnel within established limits; counseling, guiding, coaching and instructing assigned personnel in the proper performance of their duties; preparing and coordinating the periodical performance review of assigned personnel.

Qualifications:
Dealer: Previous dealing experience preferred. Must possess excellent customer relations and communication skills. Must be willing to work any day of the week and any shift. Must be able to get along with co-workers and work as a team. Must present a well-groomed appearance. Supervisor: High School graduate or equivalent required. College degree preferred. Three years casino experience required, preferably in pit operation. Knowledge of casino rules, regulations and procedures pertinent to Pit operations is preferred. Must possess excellent customer relations, leadership and communication skills. Must be able to read, write, speak and understand English. Must be willing to work any day of the week and any shift. Must be able to get along with co-workers and work as a team. Must present a well-groomed appearance.
