Job Description:
Administers the operations of assigned area in compliance with N.J.A.C. 19:45 1.12(b)5 and (c)4 and 5. Ensures proper procedure is used by all dealers under supervision. Verifies all gaming table transactions in supervised area. Verifies issuance of credit after completion of all authorization procedures. Issues to customers the proper amount of gaming chips after completion of the credit authorization procedures. When functioning as a Supervisor, is personally responsible for dealers being upbeat and friendly while also taking responsibility for following dealing procedures and keeping proper game pace. When functioning as a Dealer, conducts assigned game according to procedure. Exchanges cash for gaming chips according to procedure. Cooperates with other Dealers when assigned to the same game (Craps). Controls pace of the game. Informs the Casino Games Supervisor of any request or unusual play. Must be able to stand for extended periods of time. Employees will be evaluated periodically to determine suitability to continue in dual-rate function.

Qualifications:
Knowledge of casino rules, procedures, and Regulations as applied to the game(s) under supervision. Supervisory, communication and organizational skills. Direct dealing experience with the game(s) contained in assigned pit area. Must be able to obtain a NJ Casino Employee License.
