Job Description:
OPENING
Responsible for providing requested finger and toe beautification services to guests while assuring a high level of guest satisfaction and professionalism in accordance with all Harrah's Casino Spa regulations and procedures.

DESCRIPTION
Provide finger and toe nail beautification services to guests upon request, services including: manicures, acrylic over lays, tips, hand and foot massages, painting of nails, trimming cuticles, general cleaning and shaping.
Ensures appropriate stock of supplies necessary to effectively perform job responsibilities.
Inventories all necessary storage areas and maintains written records for inventory control purposes; compares inventories to office records and reports, for accuracy.
Ensures timely services to all guest keeping with a scheduled time line to provide an optimal number of guests accommodated.
Reports all complaints and guest disputes to the Salon Manager to ensure a high level of guest satisfaction.
Maintains a professional demeanor at all times towards guests and ensures confidentiality of services rendered for guests.
Routinely inspects assigned work areas, identifying cleaning needs, potential safety hazards, problems and maintenance or repair needs, and notifies the Salon Manager of any inadequacies.
Maintains a proper log of all services provided on a daily basis.
Provides necessary services to guests in other salon areas as needed under the direction of the Salon Manager.
Maintains a consistent and regular attendance record.
Ensures compliance with job safety regulations.
