Maintains sanitation of kitchen area and equipment by: washing dishes, pots, mopping floors, disposing of garbage and grease, and performing general cleaning duties.
Job Description:

* Maintain standards set by management in scraping, racking, stacking, and washing of china, glassware, and silver.
* Responsible for keeping work area clean and sanitary.
* Support and maintain Horseshoe courtesy guidelines.
* Promote outstanding guest relations.

Qualifications:
High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
LANGUAGE SKILLS:
