Job Description:

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
* Responsible for learning all aspects of dealing Blackjack and Rapid Roulette. Perform (song lyrics and dance moves) as celebrity character on stage. Acknowledges, greets and converses in English with customers who approach the Pit area.
* Deals assigned games by delivering cards or assigned games pieces, determining winners and losers, collecting and paying bets.
* Protects the integrity of games through observation and follows appropriate procedures.
* Reads, verifies and signs appropriate documents when necessary.
* Greets customers and solicits responses.
* Tracks multiple players level and duration of play.
* Meets the attendance guidelines of the job and adheres to regulatory, departmental and company policies.

Qualifications:
QUALIFICATIONS:
Candidate must have an established celebrity character at time of interview. One to two years experience in a position where the primary job duty is direct customers service preferred. Must possess an outgoing personality and attitude to help create a fun, enthusiastic environment for guests. Must be able to function in a loud, bright, flashy, flamboyant setting. Must be able to initiate and engage in conversation in a professional and friendly manner. Must be 21 years of age. Must possess excellent customer relations and communication skills. Must be able read, write, clearly speak and understand English.
