Job Description:
Ensure timely loading of guests and golf bags onto carts. Directs guests to practice range, snack bar and first tee. Cleans guests clubs upon completion of round and assists with transportation requests through the golf shop.
Cleans and maintains golf carts, stocks carts with towels, scorecards, pencils, coolers, tees, yardage guides, sand bottles, and comment cards. Keeps cart storage area, staging area, clubhouse grounds and parking lot clean and free of trash. Sets up and maintains practice range with golf balls and bag stands. Assists guests on practice range. Ensures timely starting times with each guest group. Works closely with course hosts to to maintain proper pace of play.Follows proper starting time procedures. Responsible for golf cart set up for groups, outings and events. Leads players to designated starting holes for shot gun start formats.

Qualifications:
One years prior experience at golf course preferred. Previous customer service experience required. High school degree or equivalent required. Excellent written and oral communication skills, keep accurate and detailed written records. Outgoing personality.
