The Tele-Services Specialist works as an agent of the hotel by providing consistent and flawless customer service, while maintaining accurate reservation records with an upbeat and positive attitude. The specialist ensures quality customer service, maintains effective work habits, exercises good judgment, and has a positive work ethics. The specialist is also expected to demonstrate willingness to accept additional tasks and/ or special projects from management. The Tele-Services Specialist is responsible for inputting various types of reservations into the computer system. The specialist will be held accountable for a variety of reservations including, but not limited to, various restaurants, spa treatments, lounges, cabanas, and bakeshop orders. The associate will also assist in various guest locations in order to provide reservation assistance. These areas are in the public view where reservations can be conveniently made, and retail items are advertised and sold. The associate will need to be knowledgeable about the property and assist with guest requests, providing the customer service that the Company endeavors to provide on an unfailing basis.
