Job Description:
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
* Maintains a constant flow of dirty dishes, glassware and silver to kitchen and provides all clean supplies to dining room.
* Responsible for maintaining required level of supplies in the dining room.
* Meticulously cleans and resets dining room tables and booths.
* Empties garbage.
* Assists other employees in their duties as needed.
* Acts as a role model and presents oneself as a credit to Harrah’s and encourages others to do the same.
* Adheres to all department and company policies and procedures.
* Performs all related duties as assigned

Qualifications:
REQUIREMENTS:
* High school diploma or equivalent required.
* Six months previous restaurant experience is preferred.
* Must be able to work a flexible schedule to include nights, weekends and holidays.

JOB DEMANDS:
* Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from customers and employees
* Must have physical ability to walk 5+ miles during a work day and be capable of standing during the length of one’s shift
* Must be able to lift up to 50lbs
* Excellent oral and communication skills
* Must be able to listen and respond to visual and aural cues
* Must be able to tolerate areas containing varying noise, temperature levels, and crowds
