Job Description:
The facilitation and coordination of room/air blocks to include ground transportation, list generation, group hosting, and general coordination of NNV Air Programs including a variety of guest service and administrative functions essential to the maintenance and development of target guests.

Essential job functions include:
* Coordinates reservations, travel arrangements, credit applications, group/rep coding, for NNV Air Program Players.
* Maintains a thorough working knowledge of property and department policies and procedures along with general property information such as restaurant schedules, show schedules, events, etc.
* Exercises discretion and independent judgment when making daily decisions.
* Maintains close working relationships with Independent Casino Representatives and Branch Office Directors/Managers/Staff which includes all aspects of coordinating travel arrangements for their players.
* Maintains files for Air Programs.
* Updates commercial block seat and charter checklists as responsibilities are fine-tuned due to business demands.
* Ensures all required reports, lists, correspondence, commission payments, etc., are prepared and submitted in a timely fashion.
* Is responsible for taking on special projects and maintaining the EMS/LMS reservations.
* Issue complimentaries to qualified guests based on restricted criteria and guidelines.
* Must be able to physically meet and greet Independent Casino Representatives and/or group arrivals.
* Must be able to make independent business decisions with minimal supervision.
* Must be able to problem solve and be proactive with challenges as it relates to the general NNV Air Programs operations.
* Coordinates the blocking of flights/rooms and monitors usage of blocks.
* Assist with the development of lists for direct mail efforts to NNV Players.
* Communicates all critical information to the Air Programs Director to maintain consistency and alleviate potential problems
* Maintains strict security and confidentiality of files, communications and information used in the conduct of business.
* Establishes and maintains effective and courteous communication and working relationships with other departments, properties, corporate and outside vendors in order to secure and maintain their cooperation for assistance with utilizing the commercial block seat and charter programs as a venue to fly guests to the Reno/Tahoe properties.
* Assists in creating and insuring an entertaining and professional environment ensuring flawless delivery and execution of superior guest service to players.
* Maintains high standards of courtesy, professionalism, and discretion in communication with or about preferred players including their arrangements and finances.
* Assisting the Director in preparing group contracts for Branch and Independent Casino Representatives.

Qualifications:
The ideal candidate for this position will have the following qualifications:

EDUCATION:
High School graduate or equivalent

EXPERIENCE:
Minimum of 1 year casino experience, in a guest service area preferred

ABILITIES:
* Fluent and literate in English and must be able to communicate effectively.
* Must have a vibrant, cheerful and positive demeanor.
* Excellent administrative skills.
* Thorough knowledge of HET computer programs, experience with Microsoft Office programs and call center knowledge.
* Excellent organizational skills; must be able to handle multiple tasks at one time.
* Ability to maintain composure under all circumstances.
* Ability to maintain the strictest confidence regarding all information concerning Harrah’s and its guests.
* Ability to resolve guest issues so that both the guest and casino are pleased with the outcome.
* Must be able to make competent business decisions on a daily basis requiring minimal supervision.
* Must be proficient in managing their daily workload.
* Must have excellent time management skills.
* Must be 21 years of age
