Job Description:
Host Person:
* Responsible for providing the Guests with a delightful dining experience from the initial reception until the final good-bye in accordance withHarrah's Entertainment high standards of Guest Services.
* Responsible for initial cordial reception to the Guests upon arrival and the prompt courteous escort to a dining table.
* Responsible for seating Guests according to established rotation procedure, distribute menus and explain the food items.
* Handles any Guest complaints and resolves them quickly and courteously.
* Assists in maintaining standards of health, safety, and sanitation.

Cashier:
* Responsible for handling guest check monies transactions in a prompt, courteous manner and in accordance with Horseshoe Casinos’ high Standards of Guest Service.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBLILITIES include the following:
* Responsible for receiving payment from Food and Beverage guest in a prompt and courteous manner.
* Responsible for adhering to established Cash Control Policies and Procedures of Sheraton Casino.
* Answers any guest question and direct concerns to appropriate management.
* Advises guests of waiting time and recommend beverage outlets to guests.
* Handles any guest complaints and resolves them quickly and courteously.
* Assists in maintaining standards of health, safety, and sanitation.
* Participates as a team member with Food Servers, Bus Persons, Cooks, Supervisors, and any pertinent Sheraton Casino Associates in producing a smoothly and efficiently run operation that meets the highest standards of guest service.
* Responsible for maintaining a consistent and regular attendance record.

Qualifications:
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required. Strong organizational and interpersonal skills required.
