Job Description:
Position Summary:
Responsible for all equipment repairs, installations, and maintenance for the surveillance department. Adhere to just service requirement listed above.

Job Description:
Installs and services all equipment with the CCTV/Digital Systems and utilized by Surveillance and Security Departments. Installs and services all equipment involved with the panic and door alarm systems. Responsible for the test, alignment, repair and proper operation of the Security and Surveillance Departments’ closed circuit television. Establishes and implements preventative maintenance programs designed to eliminate system failures. Insures adherence to applicable regulations. Performs repairs and services on video equipment all properties facilities. Performs all functions of a surveillance officer as directed or assigned. Available on call 24/7 for all emergency situations. Assists in training of other department technicians and leadership staff. Always acts as a role model and presents oneself as a credit to Harrah's and encourages others to do the same.

Qualifications:
Knowledge, Skills, & Education Preferred:
* Degree in electronic technology preferred.
* High School Diploma with Electronic Technician School Background preferred.
* 2 years experience in repair and maintenance of computer controlled security and surveillance systems preferred.
* Knowledge of electronic equipment operation and repair preferred.
* Demonstrated knowledge of CCTV/Digital Network equipment systems.
* Proficiency in the use of tools of the trade including hand power and machine testing, testing devices and instruments, as applicable.
* Must be available to a flexible schedule to include nights, weekends and holidays
* Must meet all Physical Requirements of position
* Must be able to work within a smoked-filled environment

Physical Requirements:
* Ability to continuously sit and maneuver in confined area.
* Ability to acknowledge, greet and converse in English with customers.
* Respond to visual and oral signals.
* Excellent observation skills.
* Ability to use color monitor.
* Address concerns and question.
* Ability to frequently push or pull 10 lbs.
* Ability to frequently lift 10 lbs.
* Ability to continually sit entire shift.
* Ability to work in hot or cold environment (heating or air conditioning).
* Physical dexterity to use joystick and push buttons for TV screens, continually sit and monitor TV screens for 8 hours standing for floor observation.
* Write reports daily operate telephone.
* May require periodic stooping and/or lifting arms above head.
* Ability to give friendly, excellent service.
* Ability to tolerate area’s containing secondary smoke.
