Job Description:
Creates and ensures a fun-filled and exciting work environment where the execution of “Fast and Flawless” service is paramount.
* Serves as a leader for employees while fostering teamwork, employee morale, motivation and open communication.
* Provides direction and support for all staff to achieve Rio goals and objectives through the fair and consistent application of policies and procedures.
* Endorses the business objectives, ethics and values of Harrah’s Entertainment Inc.
* Provides appropriate recognition and rewards to individuals and groups when consistent superior performance is attained.
* Assists in the scheduling, staffing and training of the Casino Cage Cashiers.
* Prepares Casino Cage shift summaries and reconciles accountability.
* Reports any irregularities to the Cage Director.
* Initiates any disciplinary action necessary.
* Responsible for all activities in Casino Cage.
* Acts as a role model to other employees and always presents oneself as a credit to Harrah’s and encourages others to do the same.
* Adheres to all regulatory, company, and department policies and procedures.
* Completes all other duties as assigned.
