Job Description:
* Completes all set-ups in a timely manner.
* Ensures that beverage supplies are available during service.
* Ensures that the work area is clean and sanitary in accordance with the city and state health department codes.
* Knows sanitation guidelines.
* Responsible for maintaining all established service standards.
* Adheres to department and hotel policies and state liquor laws.
* Is courteous and displays a good attitude.
* Performs any reasonable request made by beverage management.
* Participates in quarterly training and new hire training if applicable.
* Responsible for providing excellence in service and cleanliness in all beverage outlets.
* Relays all guest complaints/compliments to the supervisor.

Qualifications:
* Friendly, pleasant and courteous.
* Must be able to obtain a NJ Casino Service Employee License.
