Supervises the advertising department and develops all copy for the Mid-South Region.

Job Description:
Responsible for the creative development and production of Harrah’s Mid South Region collateral (i.e. flyers, tent cards, ads, inserts, in-room marketing material); signage (i.e., posters, duratrans, directional, outdoor, all signage initiatives including capital projects, electronic); promotions, marketing, special events support material.Acts as primary liason between requesting department and Advertising department. Identifies problem/need, outline marketing materials needed to promote department's product; directs outside vendor through creative and approval process, takes to output. Initiates development and installation of interior/exterior signage and initiates advertising, collateral and signage production.

Supervises and directs Coordinators and internal Graphic Designers in the development of on-property ads and collateral. Writes copy for all customer direct mail vehicles and advertising/marketing collateral to promote marketing program objectives. Analyze monthly P/L statements and provide variance and budget explanations. Developes presentations and assembles data for upper management needs. Must be able to meet the attendance guidelines of the job and adhere to department and company policies.

Qualifications:
Marketing or related college degree desired. Knowledge of all media, including print, broadcast and outdoor preferred. Strong advertising and collateral production knowlede and creative/design skills are necessary. Minimum 3 yrs experience. Experience in a business environment and knowledge of Casino, Hotel, Food & Beverage and Retail Sales operations very helpful.
