Supervise beverage staff to ensure superior beverage service is provided to guests, ensure all company assets are monitored, effective communication with internal and external guests, involved in interviewing and hiring and responsible for employee development.

Job Description:
Supervise all employees engaged in bartending and serving for a specific outlet.
Review manifest and staffing levels to determine appropriate work assignments for the staff.
Investigate and resolve guest complaints or concerns in accordance with standard procedures.
Review daily schedules to reflect staffing levels needed to give optimal guest service.
Monitor the training of new employees and update all employees on new procedurs and policies.
