Job Description:
Greets guests in restaurant with a smile and pleasant greeting. Seats guests in a courteous and friendly manner, rotating stations to keep service even and efficient. Responsible for maintaining all established service standards. Adheres to department and hotel policies. Relays any guest compliments and complaints to the appropriate Restaurant Supervisor. Participates in quarterly training and new hire training if applicable. Ensures that work area is clean and sanitary in accordance with the city and state health department codes. Knows sanitation guidelines. Responsible for providing excellence in service.

Qualifications:
High School Diploma or equivalent preferred. Friendly, pleasant and courteous manner and some exposure to Restaurant Service Operations.
