Millionaires Casino, Accra (Ghana) requires a Guest Relations / PRO

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
• A diploma or degree in public relations is preferable
• Excellent people skills
• Excellent organisational, co-coordinating and planning skills with a high level of initiative.
• The ability to adapt to various situations and people.
• High energy levels
• Outgoing extrovert by nature
• Be available to work irregular hours, shifts, week end, public holidays, overtime, etc as required and / or requested.


THE SUCCESSFUL INCUMBENT WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:
• Create a personal relationship with each and every one of our customers
• Record and develop a database of all customers
• Enhance the overall customer experience
• Implement and maintain innovative ways in which to attract new customers to the casino
• Improve on the current service standards.
• Improve the overall offering / activities to customers in conjunction with marketing / slots / tables
• Maintain at all times, the highest standards of appearance and integrity
• Maintain a good working relationship with all staff, departments, service providers, suppliers, etc.

Must have a pleasant bubbly personality, highly presentable, energetic and service-oriented. Honest & Reliable, hard working, passionate, dedicated and committed.
You will be required to meet and greet guests.
