Job Description:
* Ensure that work area is clean, organized, and ready at all times.
* Provide assistance to all members of the kitchen as requested in a timely manner.
* Follow all food safety procedures.
* Ensures that the food safety procedures are followed.
* Abides by all sanitation policies.
* Maintains a clean appearance as well as appliances used.
* Treats guests and co-associates with courtesy and respect.
* Is at all times appropriately groomed and wears the uniform provided.
* Is on their assigned station at all times and to inform manager before departing.
* Communicates with the managers, chefs and chef tournants when necessary.
* Is to know and follow all basic culinary standards, executing proper knife skills, cooking techniques, food safety procedures, and knowledge of culinary terms.
* Prepares all savory and pastry service production on a daily basis and has all items ready at the specified time
* Actively greeting guest in a positive and friendly manner at all times.
* Performing all opening and closing duties.
* Making sure to go package is accurate.
* Helps other stations, if required by a manager, when own station is slow.

Physical Qualifications:
* Ability to move throughout the kitchen effectively.
* Ability to lift and carry approximately 30 – 40 pounds repeatedly.
* Ability to work in hot environment for extended periods of time.
* Ability to stand and work in limited space for extended periods of time.
