Job Description:
SUMMARY OF JOB PURPOSE
Provide appealing cuisine while entertaining guests with culinary talents.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
* Receives, stores, rotates and distributes supplies and products in and around production areas.
* Maintains cleanliness in and around Hyakumi production areas, including care of work benches and equipment.
* Scales and measures ingredients within allowable tolerances as directed.
* Fills racks for transportation and storage.

EDUCATION: High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
EXPERIENCE & ABILITIES:
* Literate and fluent in English
* Ability to stand for 8 hours
* Knowledge of general cooking principles
* Ability to interpret formulas, calculate quantity conversions, and understand product directions
* Ability to move and carry large, heavy objects weighing between 50 – 100 pounds
* Ability to effectively work unsupervised
