Job Purpose
Reporting to the Finance Manager of Marketing FP&A, this role involves building, developing and documenting guidelines for the planning, forecasting, and reviewing Media campaigns, primarily TV activity.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop Best Practice ROI forecasting, analysis and evaluation models for all of our client’s media campaigns in all global Markets.
* Liaise with local Media Agencies in all territories to source Media data for our client’s campaigns and competitive activity.
* Review performance of all AFPs and TV Spot Buy campaigns.
* Work closely with the regional marketing teams to share Campaign Optimisation best practice, and develop their understanding of KPIs and performance expectations.
* Manage Post Buy reporting and develop internal process to feedback Post Buy evaluations to other Central Business Units and Regional Marketing teams.
Skills and Capabilities
The candidate will have at least 4 years experience managing ROI evaluations for Blue Chip accounts within the Business Science Division or Direct Division of a Media Agency. They will be fully knowledgeable in the uses, processes and tools involved in Brand response marketing, including Econometric evaluation and Direct campaign management systems. The candidate will be experienced in presenting results and recommendations to senior Marketers. Excellent management, interpersonal, analytical and communication skills are required, as is the need to be a driven, energetic and proactive individual who has a desire to add value in all areas of responsibility. The candidate will have:
* Excellent modelling, analytical and numerical capabilities.
* Advanced MS Excel skills.
* Database skills (Access etc)
* Project Management skills.
* Outstanding communication and organizational skills.
* First class interpersonal skills with the ability to foster relationships with peers and senior management.
* An ability to deliver high quality work under pressure of tight deadlines.
* Be a competitive, results orientated team player.
