Job Summary:
Hyperion Gaming has won an exclusive contract to provide a leading pan-European online gaming provider with an Acquisition Manager to take a number of their leading brands to the next level. The role requires the attention of an experienced iGaming marketer with a proven track record of success at an internationally recognised company. The successful candidate will be responsible for search engine marketing strategy, media buying and affiliates, alongside the development of our client’s overall product, so we require an individual who is not afraid to take a hands-on approach to ensuring success.

Responsibilities:
* Setting KPIs for acquisition rates across various European markets including Italy, France, Spain and Germany.
* Managing a team of ten plus marketers, media buyers and product managers, setting parameters for the successful development of bingo, games, poker and casino products.
* Preparing budgets and analysing marketing spend vs ROI to report to senior management.
* Development, roll-out and evaluation of online promotions.
* Managing a successful SEM strategy.
* Online advertising campaign management.
* Affiliate recruitment and programme management.
* Recruiting and managing further team members where-ever necessary.

Skills and Experience:
* Proven online marketing experience (3/4 years+) within a recognised online gaming operator or solution provider.
* Proven experience in developing online marketing strategy.
* Experience of using online marketing software and tracking tools.
* Track record of success and ability to motivate others.
* Must be target focused, with experience of developing and managing department wide KPIs.
* Needs to have the ability to work in both a strategic and hands on capacity.
* Highly communicative and detail focused.
* Experience of working in a multi-lingual and fast moving environment.
