Job Description
Our client is a developer and marketer of new, exciting and innovative software and management systems for digitally-distributed gaming solutions. Their expertise not only includes gaming solutions for desktop clients, but also custom developed gaming clients for mobile platforms.

Having created a one of a kind solution with integrated approach and user experience for mobile and PC based gaming, they will be releasing their new player to player game to the market this year, worldwide.

You will work closely with the company’s Director of Marketing and be supported by marketing experts in their field, as well as great reporting tools. Effectively utilizing this support, you will help retain, develop and excite gaming customers.

Responsibilities
* Work with the Director of Marketing, assisting in the development of strategy to penetrate the local market.
* Identify local or national opportunities to grow market share.
* Analyze, identify and work with Canadian team to implement specific initiatives driving acquisition, retention and gaming revenue.
* Proactive developer of the offer for the market, proposing business development initiatives.
* Build strong commercial relationships with 3rd parties at local level, including agencies, affiliates, media outlets (PR and advertising), mobile advertisers payment processors, etc.
* Provide day-to-day management of in-country resources.
* Ensure the highest level of editorial quality across the sites.
* Working with the local team to build targeted promotions for the local market.
* Monitor and report on competitors' activity.
* Implement strategies for optimizing the search of localized websites.
* Work with our client’s Canadian team to develop strategic plans for new websites, and prepare guidelines for content across the specified countries.

Qualifications:
The candidate must have:
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, and be a native speaker of the local country's language.
* An in-depth understanding of the online gaming industry with a minimum of 3-4 years relevant experience, with an emphasis on PR, online media, offline marketing and affiliates in the local market.
* (An already established network in the world of online gaming an asset)
* Creative thinking who is able to think of effective promotions in the local market.
* The ability to present ideas and recommendations for business
* Previous experience in preparing business proposals
* A background embracing the development of payment operations within the country, for a true ‘local’ experience.
* Self starting capabilities, confident and independent, with personal presence and charisma.
* Focus and be able to prioritize, plan and organize independently.
* Well developed relationship management skills.
* Strong analytical skills, and able to identify risks and opportunities.
* An awareness of local regulatory environments
* Strong analytical skills with an understanding of key metrics.
* Excellent interpersonal skills are required and the ability to forge lasting and effective working relationships with third party agencies and media owners
* Skilful negotiation skills.
* Particular attention to detail, a working attitude that strives for getting it ‘right first time’, with thoroughness.
* Ability to work under pressure, prioritize workloads and meet deadlines.
