Job Description
Our client is a developer and marketer of new, exciting and innovative software and management systems for digitally-distributed gaming solutions. Their expertise not only includes gaming solutions for desktop clients, but also custom developed gaming clients for mobile platforms.

Having created a one of a kind solution with integrated approach and user experience for mobile and PC based gaming, they will be releasing their new player to player game to the market this year, worldwide.

You will work closely with the company’s Director of Marketing and be supported by marketing experts in their field, as well as great reporting tools. Effectively utilizing this support, you will help develop, excite and retain gaming customers. The role encompasses CRM planning and implementation, collaboration and understanding, as well as responding to opportunities in international markets through collaboration with various members of the local and internal team.

Responsibilities:
* Working with Director of Marketing to understand the business drivers and develop marketing plans
* Day to day operational management of the brand’s channel
* Maximizing revenue and profit according to agreed targets
* Growing a loyal e-gaming customer base through promotional customer acquisition, retention, and reactivation
* Building an understanding of customer needs through analysis of customer activity and segmentation
* Conducting competitive analyses
* Planning, implementing local online and offline marketing campaigns.
* Coordination and planning of all marketing campaigns with Country Managers and their respective providers
* Monitoring and maximizing the effectiveness of each campaign
* Developing brand awareness and equity by integrating campaigns through the full marketing mix (offline, partnerships, affiliates, localizations , promotions)
* Monitor campaign performance on a daily basis and provide regular reports to the Director of Marketing
Qualifications:
* Minimum 5 years management experience in gaming with a proven track record of bringing about significant business improvement within i-gaming business roles
* Practical experience managing customer-driven change programs
* Consumer marketing management skills including customer life-cycle management with P&L responsibility
* Managing different segmentations and databases to maximize return on investment
* Experience of managing creative (including concept, executions and copy) campaigns
* Goal-oriented project management experience
* Ability to coordinate and work in collaboration with an international team
