Who We Are:
We are an expanding iGaming recruitment firm whose Head quarters are in new Central London based offices in Islington. Having had a good deal of success in a relatively short period of time, we are now searching for a betting and online gaming expert to join our expanding and progressive company. The Candidate:
We are primarily looking for candidates who are second jobbers, having previously worked within online recruitment for a year plus. Those possessing strong contacts within sports betting, poker, casino and bingo markets will be looked upon favourably, but the main criteria is for someone who is driven, not afraid of business development, and will pound the phones to find a great candidate.

The successful individual must be outgoing, target orientated, game for a challenge and very importantly, have a good sense of humour. This is a great chance to grow with an exciting and dynamic company and as such we are searching for someone who will be able work well independently and as part of a team. If you are looking to move into a large corporate recruitment team, then this is not the role for you. Likewise, we are a team, and we work together and not against each other, you will need to be able to embrace this ethos.
We are a small recruitment company with big ideas, so you will be a big fish in a relatively small pond. The successful candidate can expect exceptional career progression, but must have the drive and tenacity to think independently and occasionally be trusted to work remotely. The hours may sometimes be long and the job will be demanding, but the rewards will be there and you will be offered a lucrative commission structure for your efforts.

Hyperion has been trading since February 2007 and this role will incorporate more than simply recruitment. You will be able to represent Hyperion at Conferences in the UK and Europe, and potentially in due course do a tour in our Malta office. The opportunity to travel will be prevalent, with successful consultants being given the chance to run new offices in established and emerging online gaming territories. As one of the first consultants through the door, career progression will be excellent and as the business grows, so too will the successful candidate’s responsibilities and earning potential.

Other Responsibilities:
* Entertaining clients at designating sports/gaming events to build successful working relationships.
* Representing Hyperion at trade shows and industry events throughout the World (we exhibit at ICEi London, EIG Copenhagen/Barcelona, G2E Macau.
* Preparing client presentations.
* Maintaining sales records.
* Engaging in face to face networking at iGaming events.
