Job Description:

Responsible for providing friendly, excellent service to every customer whom approaches the bar.

Responsible for preparing and pouring drinks for guests and beverage servers. Assist guests at all times. Follow all company procedures involving gaming regulations. Help bar backs with cleaning and stocking. Serve cocktail in the proper glassware utilizing a shot glass at all times. Keep station clean during shift. Must assist patrons in answering questions and direct them to areas of safety during emergencies as instructed by management, security or senior crewmembers. Assure exceptional customer service to all patrons by communicating in a pleasant, friendly, and professional manner at all times.

Qualifications:

* One-year previous experience as a bartender required.
* Six months to one year previous barporter experience a plus.
* Must be 21 years of age.
* Must be able to obtain an Bossier Parish Alcohol Beverage Ordinance(ABO) and a Louisiana State Responsible Vendors (LACT)Card.
* Ideal candidate should possess excellent inter-personal skills.
* Must be a team player and assist co-workers as necessary.
* Must be well groomed in appearance.
