Job Description: Be part of an exciting start-up opportunity to develop, build, manage, and grow a new i-gambling affiliate program. You will be responsible for managing affiliates with a strong focus on acquisition of quality affiliates. Initially responsibility will include European affiliates. Salary is commensurate with experience and may include partial company ownership for the candidate with the right experience.

Key Responsibilities
• Manage the acquisition of new affiliates through proactive ‘cold calling’ and networking
• Work closely with affiliates to build relationships, motivate them, and generate further exposure and increase revenue
• Ensure deals are efficiently structured and commercially viable, but also attractive to affiliates to ensure they remain loyal to the program
• Represent the voice of affilates internally to develop a partner centric view to ensure their interests impact all relevant decision making and new product development
• Validate affiliate commissions & deal with affiliate enquiries
• Manage affiliate payment reporting process
• Implement affiliate marketing activity including online activity, email campaigns, affiliate newsletters, program incentives and maintain an affiliate blog
• Obtain new creative, contact lists and any other deliverables to meet publisher needs
• Achieve acquisition and revenue targets
• Monitor competitor activities

Qualifications, Skills & Experience
• Degree level education and post graduate marketing or direct marketing qualification desirable
• Ideally 3-5 years experience in affiliate management, online gaming and betting experience preferred but candidates from other industries considered
• Ability to manage, organize and motivate colleagues and suppliers
• Proven negotiating and influencing skills
• Understanding of Search Engine Optimization techniques
