Casino Training Supervisor

Job Responsibilities:
• Responsible for planning, coordinating and conducting training needs and training programs in order to enhance the quality of services of employees as well as to improve the performance efficiency of staff
• Analyze training needs in the hotel and prioritizes such needs for Executive Committee review
• Assist to review training policies, procedures and practices and recommends improvement to management
• Assists departmental heads in the selection and training of department trainers

Job Requirements:
• Minimum 2-3 years experience as a Casino and Hospitality Industry Training Supervisor
• Degree in Human Resources Development or related professional fields
• Strong leadership and presentation skill
• Excellent and effective oral and written communication skill both Thai and English
• Self-motivated, Friendly, Positive Attitude, Energetic and mature
• Able to understand how to work in Asian environment and culture
• Experiences in set-up the casino system in Far East Asia Area will be advantage
• Ability to work in POIPET, Kingdom of Cambodia
